Dear Music Booster Membership:

The holiday season is upon us and is keeping us busy with the planning of the January 10 Pasta Dinner in addition to all of the performances that will be occurring with the Vocal and Wind Ensembles for the holiday season.

I look forward to seeing all of you at the Holiday Concert on Thursday, December 11 at 7:00 pm. Please stop by the concession stand window upon arrival to pick up your Pasta Dinner tickets. Due to the early date of the dinner this year, we ask that you kindly return any unsold tickets, along with money for sold tickets, to Miss Hoffert or Dr. Schatt no later than January 5.

Thank you all for your continued support of the Music Boosters and the Music Department. I hope you enjoy a nice holiday break with your family and that good health and a little wealth come to you in the coming year.

Pasta Dinner!

On January 10, 2015, the IHS Music Boosters will be sponsoring its annual Pasta Dinner fundraiser.

We are currently appealing to our Music community families to help fill several gift baskets (valued at $25.00 and up) that will be raffled off during this event.
Themes for this year’s baskets are:

• Italian Feast
• Breakfast
• Family Movie Night
• Blue Devil Spirit
• Relaxation/Spa
• Auto Care
• Pet Care
• Musical Arts
• Wine & Spirits

If anyone is interested in donating an item(s) to be included in these raffle baskets, please contact Chris Grande @ 216/642-1224 or cgrande797@gmail.com to arrange pickup of your donation by December 30, 2014.

Enrichment is part of the Music Booster's Mission

The ongoing mission of the music boosters is to foster and encourage student development in the musical arts. Throughout the year the music boosters raise money to provide funds used to purchase instruments, equipment and uniforms. Booster volunteers provide hospitality for both the IHS and visiting bands at football halftime, and also assist with set design/construction and costume design/creation for the madrigal and drama productions. The Music Boosters also offer a musical enrichment grant for eligible students.
